The common thread is provenance. Every page names its sources above the fold and carries the date the data was captured. Where a source publishes nothing, the page shows a dash.

It is not a data vendor and it does not hold exclusive data. Everything here is assembled from open records that anyone can go and read; the site adds coverage, structure and citation, not access.

It is not a forecast. Nothing on these pages is modelled, extrapolated or estimated to fill a gap. A data centre count is a count of records, not a census. A load figure is the operator’s own last published reading, with its timestamp.

And it is not advice. The insight pieces are readings of public filings with links to every document, so the reading can be checked against the source.

This site began as a set of property and mortgage calculators, and those still work and are still maintained. They sit under Tools. The grid work is where the effort now goes.
